Empowered Women Travel (EWT) is a woman-owned, founder-led firm that designs and operates group travel programs for organizations — women's leadership retreats and ERG journeys, incentive and recognition travel, board and executive offsites, and conference delegation logistics. Lodging, dining, guiding, transport and retail are sourced from women-owned businesses at each destination, and the resulting spend is reported back to the client in writing. Established operations in Cuba, Ghana and Japan, run on relationships built directly with local operators. Founder Lorraine Barrett brings a 25+ year travel and entertainment career and leads programs on the ground.

Spend routed by design, not by claim. The itinerary is built around women-owned suppliers, which is what makes the figure auditable.
Owner-operated delivery. The founder scopes the program and runs it — no handoff to an unfamiliar operations team.
